Refund Policy

If the package is in a damaged and deformed condition, please do not sign for it. You can ask the express company for compensation on the spot.

To cancel the order before shipping after payment, there will be a handling fee, which will be charged by payment platform.

To return your product, you should contact us. All returns must be reported to us within two weeks (14 days/including weekends and holidays) after delivery/pick-up.If you contact us after the two weeks period we may be unable to honor your request.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Free shipping is only for successful transaction, for returned products, the buyer needs to pay the original shipping fee and return shipping fee and 30% restocking fee of order.

 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns at the convenience of the customer, especially for reasons such as items not being exactly as the customer imagined or disliking it. In addition, we do not accept returns to the following items.
- Opened Items (except when a product is found to have production defects after opening) 
- Items that have been assembled and/or disassembled by the customer. 
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer. 
- Items that have been painted or customized by the customer. 
- Items where the accessories, box, booklets, and etc. have been lost by the customer. 
- Items that have been purchased by a third party, second-hand, auction, consignment store and etc. 
- Items that have been returned to us without prior contact or notice.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us, we will deal with it promptly.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
